In the news: David Tennant, Jude Law, Paul McCartney and Jamelia

David Tennant is to star in Hamlet in the RSC in 2008, whilst Jude Law will play Hamlet in 2009.

Meanwhile and slightly more imminently Sir Paul McCartney will play the BBC's Electric Proms in October 2007.

Also in October, Jamelia will appear in a converted Oxfam shop in London as part of Oxjam.
