The list was compiled by the respected Forbes and takes into account the TV personalities' earnings, internet presence and media coverage.

Winfrey was miles ahead of the pack with an estimated $260m earnings between June 2006 and June 2007, whilst second-placed Jerry Seinfeld, could only manage a meagre $60m for the same period.
