Big Brother series 6 commenced on 27 May 2005.
13 housemates battled it out in the 11-week reality TV show, to win £100,000, which in the end was shared between Anthony Hutton (the winner) and Eugene Sully.
Heat readers voted the final of Big Brother 6, the second best tv moment of 2005, and the Makosi and Anthony incident in the pool - fourth. Big Brother was also voted the fifth best tv programme.
The series was filmed at Elstree Studios in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, where there were 26 moveable cameras, with an added 10 fixed cameras and 40 microphones covering the Big Brother house and garden.
