At the time of Big Brother, The Register-Guard reported that Kail and her husband Darin "met at McKenzie High School, have three children and have been married for 17 years."
Darin and Kail Harbick own the Historical Holiday Farm Resort Restaurant and Bar in the foothills of the Cascades along the McKenzie River.
Kail is also a real estate professional.
