Karina Smirnoff's Biography

Karina Smirnoff has won titles at the UK Open, the US Open, the Asian Open, and the Dutch Open.

She has been five time US National Professional Champion and has been second at the world championships with three different dance partners.

After Karina Smirnoff emigrated to the USA she gained a degree from Fordham University with a Double Major in Economics and Information System Programming.

Subsequently, it was revealed that she was going to marry baseball player Brad Penny on January 21, 2012.
