Over The Rainbow
110 candidates were whittled down to 54 and then 20 before finally 10 singers were short-listed to compete for the lead role of Dorothy in a West End production of The Wizard Of Oz. On 4 April 2010, they were joined by a wild card selection by the general public, Emilie Fleming.
The Over The Rainbow results show transmits on Sundays following the live show on Saturday nights on BBC1.
As well as the search for Dorothy, Andrew Lloyd Webber and Jodie Prenger, the winner of I'd Do Anything, and two dog experts (Gerry Cott and Sarah Fisher) will be selecting a Toto for a one-off gala performance.
