October 2006 - Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn deny split
There had been reports of a break-up in the relationship between Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn, however Vaughn issued a statement that he would be filing a "legal complaint" against various tabloids that had claimed that he was seen kissing a "mystery blonde" and that:
"Ms. Aniston and Mr. Vaughn had not ended their relationship either at the material time or since ... The suggestion that he was having a passionate embrace and kiss, or has ever been unfaithful to Ms. Aniston, are false".
People Magazine and others also reported Jennifer Aniston's remarks to Oprah denying a split.
26 March 2005 - Jennifer Aniston has filed for divorce
In spite of rumours that the couple might be getting back together, earlier this week Jennifer Aniston filed a petition for divorce at Los Angeles Superior Court seeking dissolution of her marriage to Brad Pitt based on irreconcilable differences.
Jennifer Aniston's latest film, through synchronicity, is entitled The Breakup.
Aniston and Pitt are still partners in one sense. They share an interest in production company Plan B, whose first film is due to be Charlie and The Chocolate Factory.

Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston have announced that they have split up. In a joint statement issued by Pitt's publicist, they announced they had decided to formally separate. They had married in a ceremony at a Malibu estate in July 2000.
Their statement said: "For those who follow these sorts of things, we would like to explain that our separation is not the result of any speculation reported by the tabloid media - this decision is the result of much thoughtful consideration."

Jennifer Aniston has signed on to play opposite British actor Clive Owen in a new film, 'Derailed'. The movie is about an advertising executive whose life changes drastically when he misses his train, and is being made by Swedish director Mikael Hafstrom, who made the film Evil. The film will be shot in London and Chicago from September.
