Dancing on Ice: Laila Morse's Biography
Laila Morse was a 66-year-old, grandmother-of-five, when she entered Dancing on Ice, partnering Lukasz Rozycki.
She is best known for playing Mo Harris in the BBC soap, EastEnders. Her first appearance on EastEnders was on 18 September 2000.
She was born Maureen Oldman on 1 August 1945 in London, and is the sister of the actor Gary Oldman.
Laila Morse's film credits include playing Janet in Nil By Mouth, which was written and directed by her brother Gary Oldman.
As well as EastEnders, her TV credits include The Bill and playing Molly in the 1999 production of Great Expectations.
In spite of badly injuring her shoulder in training before the series had started, Laila Morse continued competing on Dancing on Ice.
However, she was the second person to be eliminated from Dancing on Ice.
She is a strong swimmer.
