In January 2009, Roxanne Pallett entered Dancing on Ice partnered Dan Whiston.
Roxy and Dan ended up sixth on Dancing on Ice.
Roxanne Pallett was born on 26 December 1982 in Carlisle.
She graduated in media and cultural studies at university and was a founding member of girl band Urban Angel before gaining her breakthrough in 2005 in the acting world playing Jo Stiles (later Jo Sugden) in Emmerdale.
In 2006, Roxanne Pallett, who is 5ft tall, was a contestant on Soapstar Superstar and she ended up going out with its winner Richard Fleeshman but they broke up in October 2007.
Previously she had been going out with policeman James Yallop.
In 2008, Roxanne Pallett's character in Emmerdale was part of a dramatic domestic violence storyline.
