Matthew Cutler, who partnered Siobhan Hayes in Strictly Come Dancing series 3 has a strong record in dance competitions, but was unfortunately voted off in the first week.
In the fourth series of Strictly Come Dancing, Matthew Cutler partnered Carol Smillie. They got as far as the ninth show, but in spite of receiving their best scores of the series, they were voted off.
In the fifth series of Strictly Come Dancing, Matthew Cutler was paired with Alesha Dixon and they beat Matt Di Angelo and Flavia Cacace to take the Strictly Come Dancing title.
Matthew Cutler has been the UK Closed Professional Latin Champion in 2000, 2002, 2004, and 2005.

Matthew used to dance with Nicole Cutler but they split up in 2003. Since then he had danced with Charlotte Egstrand.
However Nicole Cutler's website revealed that she and Matthew were teaming up again to do shows together as they had both decided to retire from competitive dancing.
Matthew's favourite dance is the jive and least favourite is the Cha-Cha - but that is partly because it's usually the first dance in the competition and is therefore more difficult to get into.
