Vincent Simone and Flavia Cacace
In series 5 of Strictly Come Dancing, Vincent Simone partnered Stephanie Beacham and Flavia Cacace partnered Matt Di Angelo.
Matt and Flavia had real ups and downs, struggling one week and getting a maximum 40 out of 40 the next.
Matt and Flavia made it into the Strictly Come Dancing final up against Alesha Dixon and Matthew Cutler.
However, Matt and Flavia finished runners-up in a very close final full of great dancing.
Vincent Simone and Stephanie Beacham were the second couple to be voted off Strictly Come Dancing.
In December 2007, The People reported:
"Heartbroken Strictly Come Dancing star Vincent Simone last night blasted Matt di Angelo for stealing the only woman [Flavia Cacace] he ever loved."
Vincent Simone danced with Louisa Lytton and Flavia Cacace was partnered with Jimmy Tarbuck in the fourth series of Strictly Come Dancing.
However, Jimmy Tarbuck, who had thanked Flavia for "trying to turn this old carthorse into a proper dancer", had to pull out of the competition for health reasons.
Vincent Simone and Louisa Lytton did well, but were voted off in the tenth programme in the 2006 series, with just three more couples remaining.
Flavia moved to England from Naples when she was just four, whereas Vincent, who is also from Italy, was sixteen when he moved to England.
They both had the same dance teacher and they started as a pair in the mid-nineties.
Based in Guildford, as well as performing Vincent and Flavia also train dancers.
