Adele Silva's Biography

Adele Silva joined Emmerdale in 1993 when she was just 12. She continued in her role for seven years and then had five years away from Emmerdale, only to return as Kelly Windsor in 2005.

In the period between her two stints on Emmerdale, Adele Silva told The Sun how she had been single for three years and that rumours of a relationship with Jeff Brazier were unfounded:

"We didn't get off with each other. Jeff is a good-looking guy and, of course, the show's publicity team went into overdrive. But can't you just be friends with someone?"

Before The Sun article, Adele Silva's only relationship had been with Stockport / Luton Town footballer Warren Feeney, however, she then established a long-term relationship with Antony Costa.

However, in November 2006, The Sunday Mirror reported that Antony Costa and Adele Silva had broken up.

However, the Sunday Mirror followed up with a quote from Adele Silva:

"I've known Brendan for a little while and I'm not going to deny I've spent some time with him.

"But I'm very much a single girl and I'm loving being on my own right now."

Adele Silva's acting roles apart from Emmerdale include Mile High whilst she has appeared on various factual and entertainment programmes like Celebrity Fear Factor, The Salon, and Soapstar Superstar.

The Times in article on carjacking in April 2006 reported how Adele Silva was injured when she was carjacked in south London.

Adele Silva came 85th in FHM's 100 sexiest women in 2006.

In September 2007, Adele Silva came second in Hell's Kitchen with Marco Pierre White. Adele was only beaten by Barry McGuigan.

During Hell's Kitchen, Adele Silva revealed that her family have a parrot called Porky.

In November 2007, it was reported that Adele Silva would be a travel reporter on GMTV.

In 2009 Adele Silva moved to Los Angeles. She set up a dog walking service there with fellow actress Ceri Bethan called Walkies of Fame.
