Amani Fancy was born in London, but started skating at eight years old in Oman.
She then started training in Germany from 11 years old.
In spite of being abroad she has always represented Great Britain.
Amani has twice been British Champion in Pair Skating.
She has partnered Christopher Boyadji and Hamish Gaman.
She has won Dancing On Ice in Germany.
Amani is of British-Omani origin and speaks English, German, and some French.
She gained a first class degree in Criminology and Sociology from Royal Holloway, University of London.
In October 2023, ITV announced that Amani Fancy would be one of the professional skaters on Dancing on Ice in 2024.
She was paired with Ryan Thomas. and they won!
