Who is Babatunde Aleshe?

He is a comedian and an actor.

Babatunde went to school in Tottenham, in north London, and then studied drama at the Central School of Speech and Drama.

Whilst he gained some acting credits and appeared in the likes of Waking the Dead, his main passion was for comedy.

Babatunde's first stand-up gig was in the library at Croydon Clocktower on 26 November 2003, when he was just 17 years old.

He has appeared as a comedian on a number of TV shows, but Babatunde's major breakthrough came when he appeared alongside Mo Gilligan in Celebrity Gogglebox and also supporting Mo on tour.

At the time of his becoming more prominent, Babatunde Aleshe was working as a Customer Service Advisor at Transport for London. However, having been furloughed during the lockdown due to covid, he was, soon afterwards, made redundant.

In 2022, Babatunde Aleshe became one of the celebrities on I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!

His first deadline tour, The Babahood Tour, was scheduled to start on January 26, 2023 in Brighton.
