Nicky Laceby was a 52-year-old retired cabin crew member from the West Midlands when she entered Bake Off in 2023.
She likes little traditional bakes that evoke good memories.
Her favourite bakes are pastries. Nicky also enjoys making breads and fun birthday cakes for her niece and grandchildren.
Nicky volunteers for a pet-therapy charity. She has a dog called Bracken.
Both Nicky and Rowan were eliminated in episode five.
