He was born on 20 July 1984.
On 20 June 2007, Seany, Jonathan and Carole selected Liam to receive a special £100,000 from Big Brother.
Over two months later on the last day of Big Brother series 8, 31 August 2007, Liam came third, beaten only by the twins and Brian.
On 31 July 2007, Shanessa won the Jack-in-the-Box test and moved into the Big Brother house and chose to send Liam to the 'halfway house'.
In his time, Liam McGough has climbed the tallest tree in Britain. He also met Bobby Robson through his tree work. Liam is a big Newcastle United fan and one of his heroes is Tino Asprilla.
Liam likes all sport but played cricket at the county level.
At the time of Big Brother, Liam McGough was living with his parents, although he had lived in Teneriffe for 6 months.
Liam can juggle and enjoys doing magic tricks.
Liam likes garage music and is such a fan of Harry Potter that he is one of the queue at midnight for each book when it comes out.
In November 2007, Liam McGough beat Rebecca Loos to be voted on to Cirque De Celebrité but was voted off the Sky show just over an hour later.
