Shabnam was the first person to be evicted from Big Brother series 8, although she was the third person to go as Emily had previously been expelled and Lesley had already walked.

Shabnam, who got 81.4% of the vote, was up against Tracey and Carole.

After Emily was removed from the house, Shabnam no longer faced the vote, however, it was a short reprieve: in week two of Big Brother, Shabs was nominated again, this time along with Carole and Tracey.
