Tina Malone, who originally comes from Liverpool, is best known for playing Mimi Maguire in Shameless. A character she described as 'Tony Soprano in a frock'.

Her other TV credits include playing Mo McGee in Brookside.

She has an acting school in Liverpool which produces plays for the Everyman Theatre.
