Billy Bush was born in New York on 13 October 1971, the son of Jonathan, a banker, who was the brother of George H W Bush.Billy is therefore first cousins with George W Bush and Jeb Bush.
Billy Bush married Sydney Davis in 1998 and they have three daughters.
Billy Bush's Career
He hosted various radio shows, before having his big breakthrough when he joined Access Hollywood in 2001.At Access Hollywood, Billy Bush went from east coast reporter to the main host.
In 2016, he joined NBC's flagship morning programme, The Today Show.
Initially he worked on the Olympics and gained an exclusive interview with swimmer Ryan Lochte, in which Lochte lied about getting robbed at gunpoint.
Bush then became a full-time host on the show.

In 2016, Billy Bush hit the world news when the Washington Post released a video of him and Donald Trump talking inappropriately about women.The conversation took place in 2005, but was released in October 2016, at the height of Trump's campaign to be President.
In the immediate aftermath of the controversy, Billy Bush was suspended from NBC's Today show.
On 18 October 2016 it was announced that Billy Bush was leaving NBC.
