Alasdair Humbertson's Biography
Alasdair Humberston, from Harringworth, Northamptonshire, was 19 when he entered the BBC's reality TV series Castaway.
Alasdair was in the final group of castaways, but was voted off as the fourth from last person, only outlasted by Cathy, Francie, and Jonathan.
Alasdair's mother, Gill, is an occupational therapist and his father, John, is a financial consultant.
On his gap year, Alasdair Humberston, or Ali Humbo as he likes to be called, is a part-time farmer. He also had a stint with a tribute band to Maggot's Goldie Lookin' Chain.
Alasdair Humberston was at boarding school for ten years and became deputy head boy at Uppingham School. Despite being diagnosed with dyspraxia, he qualified to go to Newcastle University after his spell on BBC's Castaway.
Ali's hobbies include fishing, kite boarding, mountain boarding, skiing and playing rugby.
