Courtney Wood was a 29 year old owner of a novelty gift company, living in Essex, when he entered The Apprentice series 12.

Courtney designs and creates novelty gifts and toys which he supplies to retailers.

Courtney Wood made it through to the final two of The Apprentice along with Alana Spencer.

However, he narrowly lost out to Alana in the final, and so was runner-up.

In his audition video he said that if he were to buy Lord Sugar a present it would be a pair of Tottenham Hotspur socks or underpants.
