Ashly Costa's Biography

Ashly Costa was born on 9 July 1982 in Denver in Colorado, but her family moved to Utah when she was 5.

She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She was known as Ashly DelGrosso during the first three seasons of Dancing with the Stars when she danced with Joey McIntyre (with whom she came third), Master P, and Harry Hamlin.

Since Dancing with the Stars series three she got married and became known as Ashly Costa and has two boys.

In 2010 Ashley Costa returned to Dancing with the Stars and in season 10 she was partnered with Buzz Aldrin. They were the second couple to be eliminated.

Ashly started dancing very young. Her mother runs the dance studio, Center Stage in Orem in Utah, where Rick Robinson, has taught Ashley Costa ballroom dancing since she was 11 years old.

Her dance achievements included being Finalist, Professional Rising Star Latin - U.S. DanceSport Championships; Twice Champion, U.S. Youth International Ten Dance Amateur Ten Dance Champion and U.S. Youth Standard Champion.

Ashly and her husband are vegetarians.
