Esmee Denters's Biography

Esmee Denters was born on 28 September 1988 in Holland.

She was a hit on YouTube singing covers of songs by the likes of Justin Timberlake and Natasha Bedingfield.

In 2008 she became the first artist to sign under Justin Timberlake’s new label, Tennman Records, in association with Interscope.

The previous year had seen her first public performance, opening for Justin Timberlake.

Esmee Denters released her debut album, Outta Here in the UK in January 2010. She had a top ten hit with a single of the same name.

However, she was dropped by the record label in 2012.

Esmee Denters was also featured on Chipmunk’s hit Until You Were Gone.

In 2015, she joined will.i.am's team on The Voice in the UK.
