Who is Brigitte Nielsen?

As a teenager she moved to continental Europe to start her modelling career. In the mid-eighties she acted in Red Sonja with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Rocky IV with future husband, Sylvester Stallone. The marriage failed and Nielsen's latest husband, her fifth, is Mattia Dessi, an Italian bartender.

Brigitte Nielsen has said:

"I adore men. Men to me are deadly important."

After dabbling in music and more acting roles, Brigitte Nielsen, who speaks four languages, is now no stranger to reality TV. Entering the Celebrity Big Brother house on the UK's Channel 4 with the likes of Germaine Greer and John McCririck, she had only recently in 2004 appeared in, the Italian La Talpa (The Mole) and the American The Surreal Life with Flavor Flav of Public Enemy.

The rapper stopped short of having sex on screen with Brigitte, and explained:

"My kids were watching. I'm not a porn star.

"I ain't gonna lie, I started to break her off something because the little head was telling me to do it, but the bigger head said, 'Nah, you'd better not.'

"I don't wanna make love like that. I wanna hear noises and see her face. I can't do that on national TV. I could have slipped it in under the covers if I wanted to."

In July 2007, Brigitte Nielsen's manager, Steven Tempone, announced that the actress had checked herself into a rehabilitation clinic.

In 2018, Brigitte Nielsen, aged 54, revealed that she was expecting a baby with her husband Mattia Dessi.

It would be her fifth child, but the first with Dessi, whom she married in 2006.

Aged 55, she had a baby girl Frida.
