Aggie MacKenzie was born in Rothiemurchus, near Aviemore, Scotland.

One of Aggie MacKenzie's earliest jobs was for MI6. After two years there she joined the press office of the National Union of Students, from where she got into the press world.

Aggie MacKenzie became an associate editor at Good Housekeeping and was in charge of the Good Housekeeping Institute, which led to several broadcast interviews.

She then had her popular TV series How Clean Is Your House, which she co-hosts with Kim Woodburn. Together they have been dubbed the Queens of Clean.

They also presented "Too Posh to Wash" about personal hygiene.

Kim and Aggie launched an eco-friendly cleaning product range, Squeeki Clean.

Aggie MacKenzie lives in London with her husband Matthew, who is an architect, and their sons Rory and Ewan.

Aggie gave the Penguin website her top cleaning tip:

"I have a 15 mins a day rule, even when I'm rushing off out and know I won't be back till late that evening if I have a do on. I can get one job a day done in that short time. If I do the 15 mins in the morning, I feel as if I've achieved something and that I'm on top of things."

Aggie MacKenzie loves cooking and was on an early version of Come Dine With Me.

Aggie Mackenzie's skating partner on Dancing on Ice was Sergey Malyshev.

Aggie and Sergey were consistently voted low by the judges but only left Dancing on Ice on week 4.

Aggie Mackenzie bounced back and just a week after her exit from Dancing on Ice, she reported on The One Show about women's right to vote.

She also became the host of ITV's series Storage Hoarders, where she meets people who cling onto things they never use.
