Sabrina was born in Harlesden, west London, in 1978.
She did a GCSE in law, before getting together with Alesha Dixon at a dance school, Dance Attic, in Fulham in 1999 and then joining up with Su-Elise Nash in 2000 to form Mis-Teeq.
Their first single Why? reached the top 10 and then All I Want reached number two. Later, Scandalous also reached number two.
By the time Mis-Teeq split in 2005, they had secured critical and popular acclaim with seven top 10 UK hits.
They released two albums, Lickin' On Both Sides and Eye Candy.
In October 2008, Sabrina won Celebrity Scissorhands.
2009 saw Sabrina Washington releasing her debut solo album Comfort Zone.
She was once engaged to a fireman called Ian.
