Jody Cundy's Biography
Jody Cundy has won gold representing Great Britain at both swimming and cycling in the Paralympics. He left swimming for cycling in 2006.
He has won eight Paralympic Gold Medals and 23 world championship golds.
Acording to his website, Jody: "was born with a deformed right foot which at the age of 3 was amputated, and subsequently he was given an prosthetic limb."
After competing at Tokyo 2021, Jody became the first man in Paralympics GB history to win medals at seven different games.
In 2022 his previous honours were upgraded to a CBE for his services to Cycling.
In 2023, Jody Cundy was paired with the previous year's winner Jowita PrzystaĆ on Strictly Come Dancing.
They were the third couple to be eliminated.
