Her dance accolades include being UK Under 21 Latin Champion (twice), British Under 21 Latin Champion and UK and British Under 21 Ballroom Champion.
Lauren Oakley has danced on tour with Giovanni Pernice and Anton Du Beke.
In 2022, she became a professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing.

In 2024, Lauren originally did not have a dance partner but in the middle of the series, she took over from the injured Amy Dowden as the partner of JB Gill.
They ended up reaching the final and although they joint-topped the judges' leaderboard with an incredible 119 points out of 120, the winners, through the public vote, were Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell.
