The Apprentice 2019 Candidate Lottie Lion

Lottie was a 19 year old school librarian living in Dulverton in Somerset when she became one of the candidates on The Apprentice in 2019.

She grew up near Barnstaple in North Devon and went to Bratton Fleming Primary School.

When Lottie Lion entered The Apprentice, she said: “I bring ‘class’ to everything and ensure nothing I do is half-standard or tacky.”

In 2019, she booked her place on The Apprentice and hoped to start a new chapter with a £250,000 investment from Lord Sugar.

Following reports that she had said "shut up Gandhi" to Lubna Farhan, the BBC told Lottie Lion that the comments she made on a WhatsApp group were "unacceptable".

Nevertheless, she reached the interview stage of the series and came fifth.
