Lydia Bright's Biography

Lydia Bright was born on 20 January 1991 in Essex.

She came to widespread public attention through the reality TV series, The Only Way is Essex (TOWIE).

Her mother Debbie Douglas and father Dave Bright have fostered over 250 children.

Additionally, Lydia Bright has an older sister Georgia, younger brother Freddie and younger sister Romana.

Lydia Bright studied at the Anglo European School in Essex and gained 12 GCSEs and 3 A Levels.

In 2008, she met James ‘Arg’ Argent and they started going out and for a while worked in her aunty's bar in Spain.

As well as her on/off relationship with James Argent, she had a brief relationship with Tom Kilbey.

Lydia has modeled for various magazines including Fabulous Magazine, i-D, Glamour,  More, and ES.

Together with her sister Georgia, Lydia Bright launched a boutique, Bella Sorella. 

She also launched a fashion range Lydia Rose Bright.

In December 2016 it was revealed that she would be one of the celebrities on series 4 of The Jump.

She was the fifth celebrity to be eliminated from The Jump.

However, shortly after her elimination, Lydia Bright found herself back in The Jump after Gareth Thomas pulled out of the show for personal reasons.

In the end, Lydia Bright took sixth position.
