Her roles have included being Assistant Company Secretary at QIC Global Services Limited, which is owned by Qatar Insurance Company (QIC).
In 2021, she was one of the Modern Governance 100 recipients, who were nominated by board members, executives and fellow colleagues for driving real change across their organisations.
In August 2023, she recorded a video as company secretary at EML Payments on the positives of the profession.
Onyeka was the sixth candidate to be fired from The Apprentice series 18.
