Who is Jared Murillo?

Jared Murillo was born in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Before he was 8-years-old, Jared Murillo performed with Donny Osmond in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.

Jared Murillo had been taking ballroom dancing lessons since he was 6, and, at 14 he went to live with Lacey Schwimmer's parents and partnered Lacey to much success in latin ballroom and swing.

Jared Murillo was a dancer in the movies High School Musical 1 and 2, and he went out with Ashley Tisdale for two years.

Later, Jared Murillo went out with So You Think You Can Dance's Ashley Galvan.

In June 2010, the BBC announced that Jared Murillo along with Artem Chigvintsev and Robin Windsor would be the new professional dancers appearing in Strictly Come Dancing series 8.

He was paired with Tina O'Brien. They were the fourth couple to be voted off Strictly Come Dancing.

As well as dancing Jared Murillo is a musician and is part of the band, V Factory. He was also a keen ski racer.
