Who is Susanna Reid?

Susanna Reid was born on December 10, 1970 in Croydon.

Susanna Reid's long stint at the BBC included, from 2003, co-presenting BBC Breakfast.

Her other roles at the BBC included hosting Sunday Morning Live and being the newsreader on the Andrew Marr Show.

Susanna Reid studied Politics and Philosophy at Bristol University, and did a post-graduate diploma in Journalism at Cardiff School of Journalism.

Her partner is Dominic Cotton, the director of communications for the charity UK Youth.

In 2013, she became one of the contestants on Strictly Come Dancing. A couple of years previously she had danced in a Strictly competition with other newsreaders, which she won partnering Robin Windsor.

She enjoys reading and is a former Orange Prize judge.

In Strictly Come Dancing, Susanna Reid was paired with Kevin Clifton. They ended up joint runners-up with Natalie Gumede and Artem Chigvintsev.

In March 2014, ITV announced that Susanna Reid was joining the channel as one of their main weekday presenters on their newly named breakfast show, Good Morning Britain.

She split up with her long-term partner Dominic Cotton in 2014.

In 2017, ITV commissioned Save Money: Good Food, hosted by Susanna Reid and chef Matt Tebbutt.
