Robin Windsor died in February 2024, aged 44.

He was best known as a professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing.

Robin Windsor was originally from Ipswich in England and at the time of Strictly Come Dancing in 2010 had been dancing for 26 years.

By 2010 Robin Windsor had been in five world tours of Burn The Floor, in which he both appeared and choreographed routines.

Windsor had represented England competitively in dance championships.

Before appearing on Strictly Come Dancing in the UK, Robin Windsor had already appeared on the Australian and Dutch versions of So You Think You Can Dance and in the Australian version of Dancing With The Stars.

In an interview with Gay Vancouver, Robin Windsor said that his favourite film was Love Actually.

In 2014, Robin Windsor pulled out of performing on Strictly Come Dancing due to a back injury.

In Strictly Come Dancing 2013, Robin Windsor was paired with Deborah Meaden. They were the fourth pair to be voted off. In 2012, Robin Windsor had been paired with Lisa Riley in Strictly Come Dancing series 10.

They came fifth out of the 14 pairs competing.

In 2011 Robin Windsor was partnered with Anita Dobson on Strictly Come Dancing.

With just seven celebrities left in Strictly Come Dancing, Robin Windsor contracted a foot infection and had to be replaced by Brendan Cole. Unfortunately Anita and Brendan were voted off.

In June 2010, the BBC announced that Robin Windsor along with Artem Chigvintsev and Jared Murillo would be the new professional dancers appearing in Strictly Come Dancing series 8.

Robin Windsor was paired with Patsy Kensit.

They were the eighth couple to be voted off the show.

In 2025, Robin's Strictly co-star Pasha Kovalev co-created a West End musical called Robin Windsor - The Final Act.
