Tyrone Lewthwaite was born in Aylesbury on 18 December 2000.

A talented striker Tyrone signed for Bedford Town FC in 2022. However, after just a short stint for the Eagles, he moved to Kettering Town.

Tyrone, who is 6ft 4in, has played in central midfield and also left wing, before taking on his more usual centre forward role.

Before joining Bedford Town FC, Tyrone Lewthwaite had played for Watford FC Academy, Rotherham United (where he had a scholarship and achieved Level 2 in coaching), Hampton and Richmond, Beaconsfield Town, and Aylesbury United.

Like former Bedford Town teammate Charley Sanders, he supports Arsenal and his favourite player is Thierry Henry.

We asked Tyrone a couple of quickfire questions:

Q) What is the highlight of your football career to date? (as at September 2022)

A) Scoring a hat-trick vs Slovakia for Northern Ireland U19s in the Euro’s.

A) I've played football in over 10 different countries.
