Nicola Tappenden's Biography

In 2010 Nicola Tappenden became a housemate on Celebrity Big Brother. She was the seventh housemate to be evicted from Celebrity Big Brother 2010.

Nicola Tappenden, sometimes known as Nicola T had her big breakthrough when she won The Sun's first Page 3 Idol competition in 2002.

Three years later she landed a role in the movie comedy Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo, however the film flopped.

Celebrity Big Brother is not the first reality TV show, in which Nicola Tappenden has appeared. In 2007 she featured on ITV2's WAGs Boutique while dating footballer Bobby Zamora.

Nicola T broke up with Zamora and at the time of Celebrity Big Brother was engaged to another footballer Simon Walton with whom she has a child.

Whilst she was going out with Zamora, The Sunday Times reported on Nicola Tappenden's response to at a letter to The Sun which asked: "Can't Page 3 girls go out with anyone other than footballers?"

She replied: "We Page 3 girls make our living from our personalities as well as our looks. We're not that shallow. I love Bobby because he's Bobby, not because he is a footballer."
