Myleene Klass was born on April 6, 1978.

She was brought up in Gorleston near Great Yarmouth but her mother is Filipino and her father is half Viennese and Myleene revealed on BBC Southampton's website how her parents met on a blind date "when her normally teetotal Mum passed out after Cinzano!"

Myleene Klass's grandfather was head of the Vienna Opera. Her younger brother and sister are keen on music too. Myleene started playing the violin and piano when she was four, and the harp from about 11.

Myleene Klass was a straight A student and studied voice at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. She then won a scholarship to the Royal Academy of Music, where she finished top of her class.

She then worked as a session musician and singer for amongst others, Robbie Williams.

She was a chorus girl on Miss Saigon.

Her talents first became known to a wide public audience when she was selected in the first series of Popstars to form part of Hear'Say.

Eventually the band disbanded and Myleene Klass landed a deal with a classical music record label and released a classical piano album 'Moving On' in 2003.

Myleene Klass's TV appearances include co-hosting CD:UK and Channel 5's The All Star Talent Show (with Andi Peters), as well as The Heaven and Earth Show and the BBC Proms.

In 2008, Myleene Klass and Nick Knowles were lined up to present the BBC1 series, Last Choir Standing.

On radio, Myleene is presenter of the Sunday Morning Breakfast on Classic FM. The Classic FM website revealed her hobbies as:

"My main one is astronomy. I'm currently studying for a degree in Planetary Science and Astronomy. That and my new fish tank!"

Myleene Klass was 78th in the 2006 FHM list of the 100 sexiest women.

In 2006, Myleene Klass came second to Matt Willis in I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.

Since I'm A Celebrity, Myleene Klass has had contracts advertising for Marks & Spencers, presenting the BBC's People's Quiz, and co-presenting with Adrian Chiles, The One Show on BBC1.

In 2007, Myleene was chosen to present CNN's first film show, The Screening Room, which will air from March 30 onwards.

Myleene Klass is engaged to security guard, Graham Quinn. Myleene Klass and Graham Quinn started going out in 2001 when he was a bodyguard for Hear'Say.

On 17 August 2007, the BBC reported that Myleene Klass had given birth to a baby girl called Ava.

In October 2007, Myleene Klass revealed that she was leaving The One Show to spend more time with her daughter.

In March 2008, Myleene Klass began presenting A-Listers Unzipped on UK Style.

In October 2008, Myleene Klass co-presented with Gok Wan, Channel Four's Miss Naked Beauty.

In 2008 it was revealed that Myleene Klass was to take over from Nicky Hambleton-Jones as the presenter of 10 Years Younger.

In 2009, she became the co-host of the American version of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.

In January 2010, Myleene Klass was warned by Hertfordshire police for waving a knife at youths who were peering into a window of her house.

Shortly afterwards, Myleene Klass started co-presenting with Alan Titchmarsh ITV1's Popstar to Operastar.

In February 2019, it was reported that Myleene Klass was expecting her third child, her first with boyfriend Simon Motson.

In September 2020, ITV revealed that Myleene Klass would be one of the celebrities on Dancing on Ice in 2021.
