James McCourt's Biography

James McCourt presents the National Lottery Draws and is the weekly presenter for the Euromillions lottery draw. James has also recently presented for the Disney Channel, Challenge TV, Thomson TV and the Travel Channel. He has also presented 'Hot Wired' for Channel 4.

McCourt's previous front of camera credits include hosting alongside Ian Wright; as well as Phillip Schofield, whom McCourt regards as his role model.

McCourt presented a youth show on BBC Radio Sheffield, but left after a couple of years to pursue a career in music and he reached number 54 in the charts with his band 2 Deep.

His brother, Richard presents for CBBC.

James McCourt has had several roles in pantomime including as Simple Simon in Jack and the Beanstalk.
