Sian Blake's Biography
Sian Blake, who acted under the credit Syan Blake, was born in Walthamstow, East London.
She had a small role in Casualty, before landing the role of the controversial character Frankie Pierre in EastEnders in June 1996.
She left EastEnders in March 1997.
In 1998, she appeared in the film Siberia, which won the Special Jury Prize at the International Film Festival Sochi (Russia) in June 1999.
At the end of 2015 she went missing. Sian Blake was last seen on Sunday 13 December 2015 in the Waltham Forest area of London with her children Zachary, aged 8, and Amon, aged 4.
Sian Blake was reportedly suffering from motor neurone disease.
On 5 January 2016, the police revealed that three bodies had been found in the garden of the family home and a murder investigation was under way.

Reportedly, Sian Blake's partner Arthur Simpson-Kent, aged 48, had alerted police but went missing himself.
On 7 January 2016, it was confirmed that the bodies were Sian and her two children.
Days later, Arthur Simpson-Kent was arrested in Ghana.
In April 2016, he appeared at the Old Bailey via videolink from Belmarsh prison and although he did not enter a plea to the charges of murder, his lawyer confirmed he had admitted killing Sian Blake, Zachary, and Amon.
In June 2016, however, Arthur Simpson-Kent did enter guilty pleas to the murders, and was later given a whole life sentence.
