Pippa Middleton is the younger sister of Kate Middleton.

Pippa came to prominence when she was chosen by Kate Middleton to be the chief bridesmaid at her wedding to Prince William.

Kate, Pippa and their brother James are the children of Michael and Carole Middleton.

Her full name is Philippa Charlotte Middleton, but she is more commonly referred to as Pippa or Pip.

She studied at Pangbourne, then Marlborough College, and then Edinburgh University, where she studied English literature.

At Edinburgh, she dated JJ Jardine Paterson, and she shared a flat with Ted Innes-Ker, the second son of the Duke of Roxburghe, and George Percy, the oldest son of the Duke of Northumberland.

In 2008, Tatler magazine named her the most eligible bachelorette.

Pippa Middleton has worked part-time in PR for Table Talk, an events catering company, and also works for The Party Times, an offshoot of the Middleton family business, Party Pieces.

Pippa Middleton has served as an ambassador for Too Many Women, which raises money for breast cancer research.

Over the years she has been romantically linked with not only JJ Jardine Paterson, but also Billy More Nesbitt, Simon Youngman, Charlie Gilkes, and Alex Loudon.

In July 2016, it was reported that Pippa Middleton and hedge fund manager James Matthews had got engaged.

In September 2016, Pippa Middleton won a court injunction banning publication of 3,000 photos allegedly hacked from her iCloud account.

Pippa Middleton and James Matthews married on 20 May 2017.
