Her first love and long-term relationship was with England rugby player Matt Dawson.
She told The Mail that Matt Dawson was not famous when they met:
"I met him when he was 22. We just hit it off. He was a student sports teacher at a local school. I met him years before he played professionally. He was on a salary of £7,000 a year, living in a pokey little house."
Matt Dawson introduced her to Prince Harry.
Victoria Coren in The Observer refers to Natalie Pinkham's breasts, which featured in one of the photographs:
"When I was nervously washing my hands while Natalie Pinkham adjusted her microphone at the next sink, she reminded me that (around the time of her mini-scandal) various members of the press implied that she might have had a breast enlargement, including me. I'm not sure I ever meant to suggest that, but having examined them at closer range, I feel obliged to confirm that she certainly hasn't."
Natalie Pinkham went out briefly with Kevin Pietersen and she has also been linked to Olympic gold winning sailor Ben Ainslie.
