Straight after his fellow Welsh Blue Peter presenter Gethin Jones did well on BBC's Strictly Come Dancing, Tim Vincent took part on ITV's Dancing on Ice.
Tim Vincent had presented Blue Peter from December 1993 to January 1997.
Before the competition had started, The Sun reported that Tim Vincent was nursing a bruised groin because his Dancing on Ice skating partner, Victoria Borzenkova, kept butting him in training.
In week 2 of Dancing on Ice, Tim and Victoria won the skate-off against Natalie Pinkham and Andre Lipanov.
