Sian Williams's Biography
Sian Williams had a stint in local radio in the North West of England, before joining Radio 4 as a current affairs producer.
She then switched to TV, where she was initially behind the cameras at News 24 before being switched to in front of camera, hosting the 4-7 slot.
She was also Special Correspondent on News at Six.
Later, she joined BBC Breakfast where she became its main presenter.
She was a newsreader on various BBC1 news output and also hosted programmes such as Goodnight Britain and Your Money, Their Tricks.

In 2014, she was a host on the relaunch of BBC1’s Sunday Morning Live.
In November 2015, it was revealed that from 2016, Sian Williams would host Channel 5's flagship 5pm news programme.
She has gained an MSc in Psychology (Distinction).
In 2019, Sian Williams and Stefan Gates presented Secrets of Your Christmas Supermarket Food on Channel 5.
