Gary McCausland's Biography

Gary McCausland was born in Belfast and grew up Dungannon, Co Tyrone, but went on to live near Kew on the outskirts of London.

McCausland worked for Cable and Wireless, MCI and other companies before establishing his own property development company, Richland Developments in 2002.

McCausland, with Des, one of his five brothers, opened The Kingly Club in Soho, London.

He presents 'How to be a Property Developer' for Channel 5 and is writing a book with the working title How to Build a Fortune.

Gary McCausland was engaged to Big Brother's Orlaith McAllister and they had a baby, Eva. However, soon afterwards, they broke up.

In 2020, he was amongst those sharing tips in the Channel 5 documentary 10 Ways to Add 20k to Your Home.
