Levi Roots's Biography
Levi Roots, who was born Keith Valentine Graham, came to widespread public attention whe he successfully applied for money on Dragons' Den in 2007 for his Reggae Reggae Sauce.
That said, he was already know to many, as a reggae singer.
Dragons' Den judges Peter Jones and Richard Farleigh each invested £25,000 in return for a 20% stake in Levi Roots's company.
He was born in the Caribbean. At 11 years-old he moved to Brixton, south London.
An article in the Express, mentioned that at the time, Levi Roots was a father-of-eight by seven different mothers and it discussed his time in prson.
In March 2007, Levi Roots's Reggae Reggae Sauce came on sale in 600 Sainsbury's stores.
In the same month the BBC reported that Levi Roots had criticised the decision to close a factory which made Reggae Reggae Sauce.In June 2007, Levi Roots opened a Caribbean restaurant and takeaway, Papine Jerk Centre in Battersea in south London.
In 2009, the BBC commissioned Levi Roots to present Caribbean Food Made Easy.
In 2024, he became one of the contestants on Celebrity Big Brother. He was the third housemate to be evicted.

Levi Roots was nominated for best reggae singer at the 1998 Mobo awards.
