Marisha Wallace's Biography
Marisha Wallace was born in North Carolina, USA in 1985.
She has appeared in many stage productions on London's West End and New York's Broadway.
In 2017, she made her London debut, when she was cast as the alternate Effie White in Dreamgirls at the Savoy Theatre. When Amber Riley left the production due to pneumonia, Marisha Wallace stepped in and played the role of Effie.
Marisha's other notable credits include Hairspray, which was critically acclaimed, and starring as Ado Annie in Oklahoma! at the Young Vic, for which she was nominated for an Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role in a Musical.
In 2024, she became one of the contestants on Celebrity Big Brother. She was the fifth housemate to be evicted.
