Country musician, Clint Patrick Black was born in New Jersey on 4 February, 1962, but he was brought up in Houston.

Clint Black has written, recorded and released more than 100 songs, and has sold over 20 million albums worldwide.

Clint Black came to widespread public attention in 1989 with his debut album, the triple-platinum album Killin' Time, which produced five number one hit singles.

In 2002, Clint Black helped raise $1.5m to help victims of a flood in Texas. He organised a telethon involving stars such as Lyle Lovett and The Beach Boys on Houston's main TV stations.

Clint Black co-founded record company Equity Music Group in 2003. It became Billboard's number 2 Independent Imprint of the Year and number 4 Independent Label of the Year over all genres in 2006.

On Celebrity Apprentice in 2009, Clint Black appears for the charity, International Rett Syndrome Foundation.
