Nick Munier's Biography

Nick Munier was the maitre d' in ITV's Hell's Kitchen, during which he had long days, as front of house started at 10am and finished at 1am.

He worked as Restaurant Manager in Peacock Alley and in Patrick Guillbaud's restaurant.

Nick Munier was General Manager of Marco Pierre White's Belvedere Restaurant in London before being appointed Food & Beverage Manager of The Clarence Hotel in Dublin.

The Clarence is owned by Bono and Edge of U2.

In recent years Nick Munier has become an abstract painter of note.

Nick Munier, who was born in England, is married to Denise.
