The Apprentice 2019 Candidate Scarlett Allen-Horton

Scarlett was a 32 year old owner of a recruitment company living in the West Midlands when she became one of the candidates on The Apprentice in 2019.

She had long stints in recruitment at companies such as Virgin Media and Huxley Engineering before setting up her own company Harper Fox Partners.

When she entered The Apprentice, she claimed: “I am an achiever. I have been the highest performer across every workplace I have worked within.”

In 2019, she was trying to be the highest performer in The Apprentice and thereby win a £250,000 investment from Lord Sugar.

She ended up runner-up narrowly losing to The Apprentice winner Carina Lepore.
