Sophie Lau's Biography

Sophie Lau was a 22-year-old restaurateur, living in Bristol, when she entered The Apprentice series 9.

Sophie was the third candidate to be fired from The Apprentice.

Sophie was born in Malaysia and first worked as a catering company waitress.

At 19, she began running her own restaurant while still studying as a student.

In her audition for The Apprentice Sophie Lau revealed that her biggest business mistake was selling sweet and sour chicken on her menu.
